Temporary Swimming Pool Enclosures

For those pool owners who do not wish to lose the outdoor environment during hot weather days, an indoor/outdoor enclosure, or one with a retractable roof, would be best.  These are sometimes referred to as telescopic enclosures.  Some of the popular materials are timber or aluminum structures, with plastic PVCU “window panes.”  This type is beneficial in locations where weather is undependable, even in summer.  Retractable enclosures often utilize an existing side of a house, a brick wall, or fence.    Any size can be accommodated by these lightweight, but sturdy structures, so unusually shaped or sized pools pose no problem.  One more choice could be a pool air dome cover, which is an inflatable device that can be installed in hours.  It is less expensive than traditional retractable pool buildings and quite energy-efficient, as it helps the water to retain heat.  Made from UV protected vinyl in a range of colors, dome covers offer a zip door flap that can be positioned at the owner’s preference.  However, even though retractable pool enclosures are easily installed and allow access by pushing a pane or simply by lifting the building up, some owners prefer a stronger sense of security.  Such can be derived by a permanent pool enclosure.
